I have around 18+ years of experience in Microsoft dynamics Ax D365 Finance and Operations & D365 Commerce as a global delivery lead and Architect. As a global delivery lead, I am involved in building new practice for the company, implementing the global delivery processes, create budget /forecast of upcoming billable work, building feature teams, Run graduate training programs, hiring, offer roll out and delivering projects with good quality from offshore to our US customers. My current responsibilities are, 1. Define global delivery process and get implemented in projects. Overall responsible for planning, budgeting, upcoming work forecasting, operations, recruitment, offer roll out and forecast billable work. End to end project delivery. People management and day to day operations. Coordinate with Industry leads, Directors, PM's and consultants on the day to day operations. Responsible for overall billability and quality delivery. Involved in building Commerce practice and developed Commerce product for Metal Industry. Design and develop complex solution for Metal industry customers.
