As a Cloud Solutions Specialist, my primary focus will be around Google Cloud NetApp Volumes (GCNV). I’m looking forward to helping customers unlock the full potential of their cloud infrastructure with scalable, secure, and high-performance storage solutions on Google Cloud! I spent 14 years in IT industry assisting customers by analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications across sectors such as Retail, Banking, Telecom, and Infrastructure. My expertise was in delivering Big Data and Analytics solutions, utilizing technologies like Hadoop, Splunk, Spark, AI/ML Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server, to propel businesses forward with data-driven insights. Working alongside the Global Business Development Team and Pre-sales, my focus was on championing the PowerFlex software-defined storage solution to enhance Big Data Analytics capabilities, as well as advancing Microsoft technology solutions. My efforts consistently aimed at improving customer experiences and achieving their satisfaction. I created a comprehensive suite of informational content tailored for customers, including whitepapers, reference architectures, solution briefs, guides, blogs, and instructional videos. My direct customer interactions were marked by conducting hands-on proof of concepts (POCs), performing product demos, delivering technical presentations, and leading educational training sessions to enhance their understanding and use of our products. Held multiple roles throughout the career, including Solutions Architect, Big Data Analyst, Splunk SME, Cloudera SME, Data Modeler, Database Designer, Oracle SQL/PLSQL Developer, SQL Server Developer, ETL Developer, and Hadoop Developer, contributing to the success of large-scale OLTP/OLAP and big data systems.s
