I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Info Way Solutions, a leading staffing and consulting company that provides recruitment solutions for various domains and industries. With a BSc in Information Technology from Saradha Gangadharan College of Arts and Science, I have a strong background in IT and data analysis, which enables me to understand the technical requirements and assess the skills and competencies of candidates. In my current role, I collaborate with hiring managers and clients to source, screen, and select candidates for hundreds of vacancies across multiple levels and functions, primarily for development, testing, and engineering job roles. I manage the entire account from client interaction to resource delivery, using various online platforms and databases such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, JobDiva, and CareerBuilder. I also forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs, identify trends and opportunities, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. I am passionate about finding the best talent for the organization and fostering long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders. I also lead and participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
