I am thrilled to share with you my professional journey of nearly 25 years in the Operations of Logistics & Supply Chain Management. My career has been a dynamic blend of challenges and triumphs each contributing to my growth and expertise in this field. My experience spans across various facets of logistics and supply chain management including Coastal Import Export Custom Clearance Transportation CFS Warehouse First Miles and Last Miles Delivery Contract Logistics Project Cargo Break Bulk RORO & Heavy Equipment's. This diverse exposure has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's intricacies and the ability to navigate complex operational scenarios. One of my key strengths lies in managing customer relations. I firmly believe that the heart of any business lies in its customers. Hence I have always prioritized establishing strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. In addition to this my roles have allowed me to hone my skills in logistics planning and operations management. I have had the privilege of overseeing operations across PAN India which has further broadened my perspective and enriched my administrative skills. Leadership is another area where I have been able to make significant strides. Guiding teams towards shared goals while fostering an environment of mutual respect and collaboration has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. My approach towards problem-solving is rooted in strong technical skills coupled with confident decision-making abilities. I believe that every problem presents an opportunity for growth and learning. Hence I always strive to adopt an analytical approach that enables effective solutions. As I reflect on my journey so far I am grateful for the experiences that have shaped me into the professional I am today. However I firmly believe that learning is a lifelong process. Therefore I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to continuing to grow and contribute to this dynamic industry.
