About Naglis Radys

If someone would ask what city should be? Without hesitation, I would answer that city should "breathe" and be filled with movement, with people bustling around every day. City for people, that is the point! As a smart cities engineer, I support the concept of designing urban spaces that blend innovation, sustainability and human-centricity. Throughout my academic journey, I discovered that seeing the tangible outcomes of my hard work, it becomes a great source of motivation! This realization convinced me to pursue a career as a city engineer. I believe that within the realm of urban development, I will unleash my creativity and make impactful decisions for the benefit of all city residents. At my current role at JUDU I am heavily involved in the implementation of sustainable mobility ideas and application of universal design principles in street infrastructure. I firmly believe that I am contributing to what holds significance both today and in the future. Speaking of my personal traits, I place considerable value on the responsibility of those around me, therefore I strive to embody it myself. I am glad that maximalism and diligence helps me achieve a great results thus to get ahead of myself. Nevertheless, although I feel knowledgeable, I still listen and learn my ears stretched.
