About Nahed Morcos

Since joining P&G in 1990, I have always strived to master the complexities of supply chain management and innovation leadership. Currently, I serve as the Senior Vice President of Product Supply Go-to-Market Operations for Latin America. Throughout my career, I have had a variety of several strategic roles, including Vice President of Global Innovation in Hair Care and Global Supply Network Operations for Beauty, and Director of Product Supply Go-To-Market for Home Care in Europe and IMEA. I'm passionate about always learning, leading by example, and building top-notch teams. My approach is all about striving for excellence and creating win-win situations that put people first, which I believe is key to long-lasting business success. My journey began as a Technical Packaging Process Engineer in Cairo, after which I expanded my expertise through various supply and logistics management positions across North West Africa, Western Europe, and CEEMEA regions. A significant milestone was leading the integrated business planning and supply chain operations for P&G's merger with Gillette in CEEMEA. Geneva, Switzerland, is now my home, where I continue to apply my extensive experience to drive operational efficiencies and innovation at a European and global scale.
