I see myself as a good listener. I am patient and understanding. I am also a cooperative person who likes to work as part of a team. I like to build relationships with customers, which makes them feel that they are very important to me. I am currently attending Kingsborough Community College/CUNY Brooklyn N.Y, completing work on my A.A.S. Degree in Tourism and Hospitality. I’m looking to get my bachelor degree in the future and it will be in tourism and hospitality. Currently, I am working as a Student Aid at Kingsborough Community College. I operate office machines such as photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners. I have the ability to file and search for hard-to-locate materials. I also take and deliver messages, mails, forms, and other materials to other departments. I schedule appointments, greet visitors and refer them to the appropriate person or office. I Work very well with my colleagues. I use Microsoft office and have excellent interpersonal communication skills. In the future, I would like to work in the operations area of a hotel.
