About Naheed Radfar

Naheed Radfar is a experienced attorney across varied fields of law. She began her legal career in an esteemed Judicial Law Clerkship for a Circuit Court Judge in Maryland, overseeing every case that came through chambers before being presented to the Judge. Subsequently, she was an Litigation Associate in private law firms practicing litigation from start to finish, including courtroom appearances as first and second chair in highly complex commercial and business cases, some lasting over a decade long. She then went onto South Africa to pursue her LLM, Masters in Law, specializing in International Trade Law as it pertained to anti-competition and patents to lend to affordable pharmaceuticals to developing countries. Her thesis focused on affordable access to health care and pharmaceuticals in developing countries where without the medicines, populations would face death. Years later she was invited back to South Africa to present her work in the context of Covid-19 vaccinations legally manufactured by reverse engeneering, where both the patent holders and the populations in need had access to care. Upon her return to the US, she worked in health policy in California in the domestic sphere before returning to complex litigation matters for high profile firms and clients as a Litigation Attorney/Consultant. She has also served as in-house consel to a variety of private companies, assisting in a variety of matters including employment contracts, transactional matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, liasoning labor and employment disputes, presenting risk mitigation to the team to avoid litigation and treat employees with fairness and also in protection of the cient and company. Naheed prides herself in over 20 years of legal practice in a variety of specialties, with utmost confidence in her abiities to adapt quickly and move with the flow of the work culture. She believes strongly in work life balance so that her greatest work can be presented. In her side time she is a health, wellness, fitness, mobility and yoga coach. She is passionate that the better a person feels in their physical, mental, emotional states, the better employees and employers they can be. Gone are the days of "we sleep when we're dead." Work should be collaborative, fun, productive, and work towards the betterment of all. Naheed also holds a license in real estate and has worked on real estate matters, among others (anti-trust, entertainment law, contract disputes, labor disputes, defamation cases, fraud, criminal matters, and much more).
