About Nahyr Casso

After 11 years working within International Economics and Investments departments, and having devoted over 4 years in administrative and executive areas in a self-employed capacity, I am currently hired in a Fraud Operations hybrid role for a global bank. My versatile work experience and adaptive capabilities have allowed me to develop several skills, including effective decision-making under stress, high organizational and time management skills, and, complex problem-solving. Leveraging on my experience and specialized education, I provide high-quality analysis for the benefit of my employers and clients on a variety of subjects. Most of it has been global in nature and focused on financial and economic matters. High-level analysis is my strong suit. I excel in either quantitative or qualitative realms. My training includes decades of examining large volumes of data, trends identification, research, risk monitoring, integration of information, active listening, written communications, and varied software management. More recently, my professional endeavors have been devoted to working in supporting roles for different sets of clients. My contribution to finding workable solutions for them have taken several forms including without limitation: assuming the responsible administration of their operations, identifying and prioritizing issues to direct them to relevant specialists, or making relevant recommendations in given situations. My exposure to international environments has furthered my competence in communicating fluently in English and Spanish. My fluency in both languages is an asset for building and maintaining excellent working relationships with international clients and peers and has paved the way for me to become a technical translator in economics, finance, and legal fields.
