About Naik Himayoon

As a dedicated Water Resources Engineer, I have acquired a solid foundation in water resources management through my academic studies and practical work experience. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Resources, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, and watershed modelling. During my tenure at Highlands, I gained hands-on experience in executing water resources projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. I successfully contributed to the design and implementation of water infrastructure projects, such as dams, reservoirs, and water treatment plants, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and resource conservation objectives. Moreover, I conducted thorough hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, utilizing advanced modelling software to evaluate the impact of proposed projects on water resources and to develop effective mitigation measures. I am highly proficient in utilizing industry-standard software tools, including HEC-RAS HEC-HMS, GeoHECRAS, GeoHECHMS, ArcGIS, and Civil3D, to perform hydrologic and hydraulic simulations, create watershed models, and generate accurate data for informed decision-making. Furthermore, my strong analytical skills enable me to identify and resolve complex water-related issues by applying innovative engineering solutions.
