Naila is a technically skilled senior federal government and commercial contracts administrator, with over 25 years of experience negotiating and managing multi-million dollar contracts, executing contract modifications, and developing pricing arrangements and new business strategies. As an innovative business development professional, and project manager, Naila also has a proven record of accomplishment in developing strategic partnerships and securing new business with federal, local, commercial and State agencies. Naila is a former member of the DC Chapter of the National Contract Management Association, where she served on its executive committee as a senior advisor. Naila is currently a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), South Carolina Association of Governmental Purchasing Officials (SCAGPO), and the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP).
