Recognition Project / Performance- Perform testing in auto-mapping project which evolve two claims system into one claim system- Established the required sampling form for UOB and SCB bank on the new product launched- Develop a new business operational process flow for new inauguration stakeholder which is SME enterprise channel- Design a new layout for business report to monitor the operation SLA for each touch point units- Conduct system testing and checking in major business operational system migration and ensure that the business operations impacted for bank partners is in order- Work with project manager in enhancing policy documents process which automated all policy documents to e-policy in customer web portal- Coordinate with IT team in testing and validating the impacted reports due to system migration to ensure the report accuracy for bank partners and regulators references- Update policy servicing process flow for bank partners of new sustainability requirements by BNM.
