About Nailah Qadir

I’m a passionate UX Designer driven by a genuine desire to create meaningful, user-centred experiences that balance creativity, functionality, and purpose. I hold a First Class Honours Degree in BSc (Hons) Digital Media and Interaction Design from Edinburgh Napier University, where I discovered my love for designing intuitive and impactful digital solutions. Alongside my role at Stemettes, where I focus on improving user experiences that empower young women and non-binary people in STEAM, I’m studying part-time for an MSc in User Experience and Interaction Design at Glasgow Caledonian University. The course is helping me deepen my understanding of user psychology, behaviour, and emerging technologies — strengthening how I approach research, design thinking, and problem-solving in real-world contexts. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can turn insights into thoughtful design solutions that make a difference. My goal is to continue creating digital experiences that are not only effective and accessible but also inspire connection and positive change.
