About Naina Miranda

Graduating in May of 2025, I am on the path to earning a B.S.E in Biomedical Engineering with a Focus Area of Biomaterials and Biomechanics. Alongside my engineering degree, I have kept up with my interests in language and culture as I am also pursuing a minor in Spanish. My academic journey has been complemented by multiple job positions in hospital settings, giving me insight to the intersection of engineering and healthcare. This exposure has pushed my interests to the medical device industry. I am excited to be seeking opportunities for a full-time role after graduation. I am passionate about contributing to and working alongside the field of healthcare as I care about improving the lives of patients. From being a part of a care team in my role as a patient care technician to groupwork in my classes, I have learned that not only do I enjoy teamwork but I am skilled at working in team settings. Those that I work with trust in my abilities to problem solve and create a plan of action in challenging situations.
