I am an established P&O professional (Human Resources) with an international background. I am passionate about proactively building an effective P&O landscape and agenda to best support the organization’s strategic journey and provide high standard P&O Advisory to ExLT, leaders and employees. Delivering results by focusing on building business relationships across cultures, geographies, and functions and understanding the interactions between the line of businesses and the strategy with a pragmatic approach. Ambitious and goal oriented. Positive and open for different perspectives. As a people centered leader, I built trust, mutual respect and support employees making their own decisions. Cutting through business complexity, optimizing, and driving processes whilst maintaining the important human connection with a high degree of integrity is important to me. I really enjoy being the go-to person for P&O advisory, coaching and developing leaders and being the glue that binds the business and its people together.
