Each time a woman stands up for herself, she's standing up for all women."Throughout my professional career, I've had a keen interest in learning and development,human resources, business transformation, and being of service to others. In my various roles, the key to my success has been my eagerness to learn, develop myself professionally, and contribute to the growth of my team. I earned a Bachelor Degree in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University as well as a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management at Wilmington, University. My passion for others is the driving force behind my organization, Melanin Academy. I mentor young girls weekly in both middle school and high school settings to foster a sense of self-confidence, self-worth, and sisterhood in our next generation of female leaders. I am constantly seeking opportunities to evolve professionally in Talent Management and personally as a Mentor.
