As President of Prima Living, Najib Raie leads a national portfolio of senior living communities and healthcare businesses across Canada. A results-driven executive with over two decades of leadership experience, he has a proven track record of structuring, scaling, and optimizing complex organizations and partnerships with a combined budget of over $1 billion. Najib is widely recognized for his deep operational and strategic expertise in senior care, healthcare acquisitions, asset development, and end-to-end integration. He has successfully led transformative initiatives, including public-private partnerships and M&A transactions, from inception through execution, delivering measurable value and long-term impact. His leadership philosophy is anchored in operational excellence, disciplined execution, and collaborative innovation. At the core of his work is a commitment to elevating care standards and driving sustainable growth across Prima Living’s senior living and healthcare divisions. Najib currently serves as Director at Large on the Board of the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) and has previously served on the Board of the BC Senior Living Association (BCSLA). He holds an MBA from the University of Victoria, a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University, and a Diploma in Project Management from the University of British Columbia.
