About Nam Morawa

Currently serves in the role of Chief Operations Officer for Professional Services at the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation, a non-profit Tribal 638 facility in southeastern Arizona. Her responsibilities include oversight of clinical and ancillary services within the hospital and ambulatory care settings. In addition to her role as a hospital administrator, she continues to practice clinically in the hospitals in the Phoenix area, and is involved in Physical Therapy residency training programs, along with various quality, safety and credentialing hospital committees. She has been a member of ACHE for the past 3 years, is the Arizona Healthcare Executives Board Co-Chair for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and was a scholarship recipient of the Thomas C. Dolan CAP Program. She is passionate about increasing access and equity of healthcare services for all. Her strengths include positive change management, strategic and contingency planning for long-term sustainable growth.
