As an Associate Partner and Digital Enablement Business Architect, I help asset-heavy organizations get a handle on their asset information chaos. Whether they’re looking to modernize legacy systems, migrate engineering tools or roll out new AIM platforms, I build roadmaps that are grounded in technical reality and aligned with the business outcomes that matter most. I come from a background in computer science and IT, and I’ve worked across consulting, engineering firms and asset-intensive projects and operations. That mix gives me a broad lens where I understand the technical architecture\limitations, but I also know how systems, standards and people need to align for transformation to succeed. My experience leading large-scale digital initiatives has taught me how to drive change in complex environments while keeping teams focused, engaged and delivering value at every step. At ReVisionz, I lead teams that bring structure and momentum to every project.
