A qualified CA (India) & CPA (Canada) with diversified experience of 10 years in origination, assessing, structuring and execution of transactions for companies across multiple sectors including manufacturing, technology, retail, real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, OEM’s, logistics and Waste to Energy, specializing in corporate finance, deal structure, negotiations, risk analysis, financial & strategic analysis and being able to secure financing locally, nationally & globally and close deals I have participated in deals worth $800 million in a span of about 8 years. Few of my professional accomplishments include- • Awarded ‘Budding leadership award’ for the financial year 2017-18 and nominated for ‘Team Player of the year’ award for the financial year 2016-17. • Promoted to Senior Manager after participating in deals of over $150 million within 3 years. • Elected senior member of the core-committee of the top management of Synthesis Group • Represented Synthesis Group across India as a speaker in Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) conferences for small and medium enterprises, primary objective being business and network development.
