With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, I have built a diverse career encompassing roles such as Solution Architect, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, IT Consultant, and Developer. My journey has been marked by a commitment to leveraging technology to drive business transformation and efficiency. As a Solution Architect, I have been instrumental in providing webinar series on IT modernization and API strategy, utilizing webMethods—the integration tool known as super iPaaS. Through these webinars, I help organizations understand and implement strategies for digital transformation (DX), enabling them to modernize their IT infrastructures and enhance operational performance. Earlier in my career, I dedicated myself to implementing and enhancing Scratch system development and ERP systems in the distribution industry, securities firms, and credit card companies. My experience extends to providing SaaS services to the pharmaceutical industry and academia, supporting processes from clinical trials to post-marketing activities. I have also cultivated presales expertise with IoT services in the manufacturing sector and middleware solutions for development companies. In addition to my IT career, I have nursing experience in the NICU, which has enriched my perspective and skill set.
