Namrata is a seasoned dispute resolution professional with a strong focus on Insolvency & Corporate Litigation and Commercial Arbitration. She has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since November 2020. Namrata has represented clients across a broad spectrum of forums, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and specialized Tribunals such as the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and various State Commissions in New Delhi. In addition to her litigation practice, Namrata holds an advanced diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR University of law and is highly skilled in conflict resolution, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive and strategic solutions to complex legal challenges.
