The Food industry is where my profile here is at! First and foremost as remote assistance as an Auditor throughout Europe. From my home in Lanzarote I’m not bound by the travel restrictions in the UK at the moment so I’m a useful tool in any food manufacturers arsenal. I also cover documentation reviews including specifications, packaging artwork, policies and procedures. Preparation of reports, policies, standards, Training packages, etc. The UK food Industry is where I’ve spent 29 years working - first as a food Microbiologist and later as a Technical Manager for Manor Bakeries, RHM and Premier Foods.
