Colleagues have told me I am creative in coming up with solutions to problems and have a great deal of knowledge from experience and time in the industry. Having been involved in the Albany community for years, I have enjoyed serving on various boards, organizations and school activities. Because I am in tune with the people and places of Albany, it benefits my clients by broadening their exposure to the quality of life to be had for individuals and families. Why do I enjoy real estate? There is something so fun about seeing people move forward in selling their home or establishing families in their new homes. Clients say I am dependable, responsible and good with following through and following up. Finding out what is important to clients is key. A big thing is to just listen to people. What are their needs? What details are important to them? I stay in close contact with clients and tend to be protective of them throughout the process; the end result is that they are informed and comfortable that the job is being done. Thirty years of experience has taught me to persevere through challenges and hang in there until the job is done right!
