About Nancy Ayotte

With a solid expertise developed within Takeda, I have invested the last 3 years as Medical Communications Manager/Specialist, after having successfully evolved for over 20 years in pharmaceutical/commercial representation. My latest role involved managing events and speaker contracts, all in line with current compliance standards, setting up medical training programs, while designing onboarding plans for new employees, as well as a training/resources Sharepoint. My mission is to guarantee excellence in scientific and medical communication, as well as excellent customer service. Having obtained a short Workplace Trainer Certificate and a one-year mentorship in the L&D department, I have initiated several training projects within the company. At Takeda, I also carried out a stimulating project aimed at linguistic diversity, demonstrating my commitment to giving everyone an equal opportunity to share in the company's success and increase team members' effectiveness. I'm also proud to have contributed to the development of a business case for our translations, reflecting a strategic and pragmatic approach to the challenges of our field.
