About Nancy Baghdadi

Contributing to a fair and inclusive society is one of my greatest sources of energy—both in my work and personal life. It's the driving force behind my current role as Executive Director of Welzijn Teylingen and as an executive & Inner Peace coach at Volonté. My academic background and professional journey across various disciplines, sectors and countries have given me a rich foundation in economics, organizational development, psychology, and social work. This multidisciplinary knowledge allows me to bridge connections across disciplines, organizations, and both medical and social domains—to contribute to the resilience and quality of life of citizens. I believe sustainable solutions are born from unity of purpose, shared vision and consultation. These are the building blocks I rely on in my work.
