As President of MicroSpec Systems Inc / TIX123, I’ve had the privilege of leading a dedicated team committed to transforming the event and registration industry across North America. What started as a deep commitment to operational excellence has grown into a broader mission: to create a great place to work, provide world-class service to our clients, and continuously act as a force for good in the event industry. Backed by an MBA with a Human Resources focus and a CHRL designation, I bring a strategic yet people-centric mindset to everything I do — whether it’s guiding large-scale change, growing high-performing teams, or fostering a culture where innovation thrives. I believe in empowering others, sharing knowledge openly, and daring to challenge the status quo when it means building something better. At MicroSpec, we’ve supported over events and welcomed more than 42 million attendees.
