Nancy Benet is a seasoned business owner and CPA with a passion for helping businesses succeed by identifying financial pitfalls and focusing on high ROI opportunities. An entrepreneur at heart, Nancy launched her first business as a college student, igniting a lifelong passion for running her own accounting practice. Nancy's positive and confident approach to challenges has fueled her success, even in the face of obstacles and setbacks. With over 20 years of accounting experience, Nancy is recognized for her expertise in taxation for small businesses with revenue from $1M to $30M or more. As a small business owner, she understands the desire of entrepreneurs to maintain control over all aspects of their business. To address this, Nancy developed the Fix-it Accounting process, which provides businesses with greater financial control and reduces the risk of tax overpayment and IRS issues. Since founding Fix-it Accounting in 2010, Nancy has helped resolve hundreds of tax problems, earning praise from clients for eliminating the stress caused by complicated tax guidelines and bookkeeping burdens. Her vision includes expanding her reach through increased staff and developing a franchise program to share her knowledge and experience. Nancy attributes her success to a balanced life and a continuous desire to learn and grow. She enjoys nature, travel, and regular exercise, often cycling through the trails of Central Florida.
