About Nancy Bitterlin

Mother and son real estate team with a passion for real estate and a commitment to customer service. I was previously an accomplished Realtor in Central Florida specializing in vacation home properties near Walt Disney World as well as residential properties. During my 6 years, I was recognized several times as the #1 sales agent in my Keller Williams office. After moving back to the Chicago area and spending 6 years with JPMorgan Chase as a licensed Private Client banker (two time national achiever) I am excited to be back in real estate and working with my son Kevin Bruton at HomeSmart Realty Group servicing the south suburbs of Chicago and its surrounding areas. With both previously having careers as bankers at Chase bank, Kevin and I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial decisions someone will make in their lifetime. We are prepared to assist our clients every step of the way from contract to close. Outstanding customer service is always a top priority. I continue to hold my Florida real estate license and still enjoy helping clients find the perfect vacation home property in Florida. I specialize in the newest resort communities being offered just minutes from Walt Disney World. Having rented, owned and managed several vacation homes of my own since 2002, my son and I are the perfect team to make your dream of owning investment property in the sunshine state a reality. Please call or text our team for all of your real estate needs here in the Chicagoland area or Florida 630-272-1715. We look forward to hearing from you!
