I began my career in the Insurance industry and worked in the regulatory area in addition to working in reinsurance, finance and underwriting support. As an AVP over 2 departments I learned that I am most satisfied when I can contribute to the direction of the company while enhancing the training and development of staff. As a keen observer I find analyzing workflow processes similar to solving a puzzle and I enjoy creating SOPs and coaching teams to achieve increased production and quality customer service. I've worked in various fields from assisting with medical education programs, to processing service contracts, to making sure Snapple was delivered in a timely manner. In each of the positions I have held I have been involved with either customer service or workflow process. As a non-profit board member I write grants, manage events and volunteers, and educate the public. I believe that it is important to give back and am able to learn and grow while contributing to a cause I am passionate about.
