My work and passion as a leader of FOREIGN TRADE are to ethically and efficiently promote the IMPORT and EXPORT operations of companies, without losing the optimization of the logistics budget and accomplishment of savings to develop a profitable business. In addition to the above, there are 4 areas in which I can contribute positively to the income statement, generate a smooth operation, and have fiscal benefits: IMMEX Management as well as VAT / IEPS Certification (Mexican Foreign Trade Programs). Analysis of the product catalog to identify the use and exploitation of Origin Rules, to create a reduction in the payment of taxes on foreign trade and therefore improve cash flow. Ensure the shielding of the supply chain through AEO and C-TPAT certifications, and seek the integration of a multidisciplinary Security Committee that meets the minimum required standards. Management and proper monitoring of audits to take into perspective the risk and economic/legal impact of defects and omissions in the current operation, as well as the auditable term by current legislation.
