About Nancy Clauss

With more than three decades of sales, operational, and management experience, I have developed a sharp eye for how common inefficiencies, cross-purposes, and miscommunications that can bog businesses down — and I’m an expert in helping organizations retool to become a sleeker, smoother, and more strategically focused. As an entrepreneur who quickly built my own successful consulting business, I empathetically help other business owners set priorities, discover opportunities for growth, and find balance between life and work. I have experience supporting a wide range of organizations, from manufacturers and distributors to contractors and service businesses. I’ve helped each of these seemingly disparate organizations grow from earning less than a million dollars annually to multimillion-dollar organizations within a short period of time. I am especially passionate about helping women, veteran, and minority entrepreneurs grow and prosper through small business certifications. I have committed my work with Sage Business Consulting solely to helping these underserved businesses unlock new revenue as preferred vendors for government contracts and enterprise buyers.
