About Nancy Clyde
Seeking opportunities to grow and serve as an experienced teacher leader. I have been teaching at Zeeland Public Schools since 1993. In that time I have taught several subjects and served on numerous committees and in multiple extra duty positions. My greatest achievement is having founded the Zeeland Public Schools Dance Program in 1996. Serving as the director and teacher of this program, we have grown from 30 students in one class level to over 160 in five levels of dance. Multiple students from the program have gone on to collegiate and professional dance success. I have been serving as the Chairperson of the 6-12 Performing Arts Department for 9 years, leading and representing our team of Instrumental Music, Vocal Music, and Theatre teachers. In May of 2020 I was named Touchstone (Dance) Teacher of the Year in the State of Michigan.
