About Nancy Cross

My therapeutic practice provides professional guidance to help navigate life’s challenges. These challenges may include loss/grief, divorce, relationship issues, weight issues, career changes, past traumas and PTSD, anxiety, depression, and emotional management. Therapeutic techniques include, but are not limited to, CBT, DBT, and EMDR. While focusing on adults age 18 and above, my therapeutic approach helps the client identify what is not working, identify therapeutic goals, then work together as a team to identify and implement new emotional and behavioral solution-focused adjustments. Covenant Counseling Center is an independent community non-profit organization pursuing 501(c)(3) status. We strive to provide a compassionate, accepting, non-judgmental environment in which professional clinical mental health services are offered to clients regardless of income using a sliding-fee scale.
