About Nancy Damian

hello By day, I'm the Compliance, Operations Support and Quality Assurance Manager, fearlessly taming the intricate maze of rules and regulations, quality assurance and operations with a hint of finesse and a whole lot of smiles. Compliance is a challenge but it's also a thrilling journey into uncharted territory! In my past life, I proudly served in the Army, where I cultivated my skills in discipline, adaptability, and teamwork. Now, I'm on a mission to bring that same warrior spirit to our company seeking to conquer the realm of compliance. ¡Hablo español! Being bilingual isn't just about language; it's about celebrating diversity and connecting with people from all walks of life. When I'm not tackling compliance puzzles, quality assurance and or supporting our operations departments you'll find me chasing the perfect shot with my camera, exploring the great outdoors one hike at a time, and embracing the adrenaline rush of a great workout. And did I mention I'm a voracious reader? There's nothing like a good book to spark the imagination and always eager to expand my horizons; and I've got certifications in Compliance leadership skills, etc. to back up the journey. 🧠 Let's connect and strike up a conversation about sharing compliance strategies, photography, hiking, trading travel anecdotes, or simply a love for learning new things. The LinkedIn universe is a vast, beautiful place.
