I am a senior system engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where I ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operations of software that support core organizational functions. I have a bachelor's degree in computer application from the University of Calicut and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in computer applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). My core competencies include multitasking, user acceptance testing, and telephone manner. In my previous role as a system administrator at Tata Consultancy Services, I organized, installed, and supported the organization's computer system, troubleshooting and maintaining computer servers and networks. I also worked as a frontend web developer at Tenderwoods solutions Pvt Ltd, where I created and optimized web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I have obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft and Google in azure fundamentals, azure administrator associate, and google ads measurement. I am motivated by learning new technologies and solving complex problems. I value collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different domains and industries, such as education, e-commerce, and IT services.
