I am able to help individuals to understand at a deeper level what they want to say, figure out why it matters, how to untangle their words, and how to find their best voice for presenting what matters to their audience and how to present in the best medium for their voice. I have edited, reviewed, and coached for more than 250 articles written by writers, freelancers, and academics. I have been editor of 3 types of magazines and journals, and advised on others. As an educator, I have developed curriculum and taught university courses for undergraduate and graduate students as well as adult workshops in creative writing. Author of a creative writing book, I have written over 125 academic and consumer articles, plus award-winning screenwriter. As a writing coach, others have called me the “Queen of Structure” and the “Writer’s Whisperer.”
