This is what brought me to work in marketing, to be involved with the Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Yarmouth Hospital Foundation. The "people" aspect of the Yarmouth Region Medical Professional Recruitment Partnership was what drew me in to the Community Navigator position. Being able to connect with medical professionals in a genuinely caring way, and ensure that they are recognized as "people" first and medical professionals second is a huge part of why this program is a success. I look forward to fostering personal connections with our future medical professionals through helping them feel welcome, happy, and supported as they become a part of our caring community. I have over 10 years experience as a graphic designer, specializing in print & digital advertising and love bringing someone’s vision to life. I’ve designed promotional products for brands like NHL, Sony, and DreamWorks while working at Diamond Diversified Industries. At Tri-Star Industries I’ve designed vehicle fleet graphics in collaboration with the government of Nova Scotia and other organizations across the globe from New York to Dubai. While at Acadia Broadcasting, I helped design ad campaigns and promotions from radio contests to digital programmatic ads for online advertising. In my spare time I enjoy learning all I can about the wine and spirit industry and hold a Level 2 Diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust I have also represented local and international brands by promoting their beverage products and giving people a chance to learn and sample.
