About Nancy Ericsson

After 20+ years in office management, I moved to inside sales in Central Florida. Now after 11 years, still with Staples Business Advantage and loving the Florida lifestyle and sales! I am currently a Facilities Specialist responsible for supporting a team of account managers for facility, breakroom, safety and shipping products as well as proactively selling products and programs to mid-market accounts. My greatest satisfaction comes from assisting clients to consolidate their needs and save them time and money by maximizing the benefits of their Staples Business Advantage account. I am highly competitive, sales and goal oriented, well organized and disciplined. Listen to and establish good rapport with clients in order to determine their needs and offer solutions to increase sales. I also have excellent communication skills demonstrated by the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my dachshund, Bratwurst, and in the process of finding a “brother” for him. Love people, exploring new places and spending time by the pool and ocean.
