About Nancy Evans

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare settings - 7 years in leadership - from home care to skilled nursing facilities, hospitals and ambulatory care, I have led a variety of multi-specialty clinics including Dermatology, Urology, Gastroenterology and Ophthalmology, OB/Gyn, Cardiology and Allergy. I currently share oversight in the opening of several specialty clinics at a new outpatient center that I am excited to see grow. Curating high-quality patient experiences through behind-the-scenes work like optimizing provider schedules to create access, facilitating the training and development of clinical teams to produce subject matter experts and develop leaders, working with interdepartmental leaders for collaborative care. Efficiency. Excellence. this is the work I love. Innovative leadership is my style, with a commitment to excellence through learning, creative strategy and servant leadership. I do the hard stuff. And my motto is "leave the room better than you found it." It keeps me mindful of my intended impact and serves as a reminder to seek continuous growth and improvement not only in the people, places and spaces I encounter, but also within; to continuously strive to leave better myself as well.
