Prior to launching my coaching practice, I spent over three decades leading complex, high-impact programs in national security. I served as Director of Space Resiliency Programs at SAIC, led a $350M defense program, served as Operations Manager of a $320M Strategic Business Unit and excelled at building technical teams supporting senior Intelligence Community and Defense executives. I established and led a corporate initiative focused on excellence in program execution, customer engagement and sharing across the corporation.
