About Nancy Francis

I have over 10 years experience in quality assurance, interpretation and implementation of legislative requirements and research & development of chemical products. More recently, I have had more than 6 years experience in sustainability and corporate social responsibility, with success in evaluating, developing and implementing sustainability programs, including experience in environmental management systems. My previous roles have required the skills for extensive internal and external stakeholder engagement. This has called on effective communication and interaction with a diverse audience to achieve environmental, financial and social business outcomes. Over the years, I have expanded my networks and continued to be an active member in the sustainable development and corporate social responsibility community through engagement with Australian Industry Group (AiG) Environmental Working Committee, Plastics and Chemicals Industries Association (PACIA) Sustainability Leadership Framework and the Australian Environmental Business Network (AEBN). I have regularly been invited to represent industry at Ministry Advisory discussions and policy development workshops and sessions.
