I have 30+ years of experience supporting Executives and in areas including Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and tax preparation. I have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office modules and utilize Microsoft Outlook with Calendar extensively for scheduling. I am responsible for gathering information and the preparation of multiple large presentations which are shared with our Hospital Board and members of the community. I currently support multiple SVPs including the Chief Nursing Officer (400-bed hospital) and the Corporate Operations Manager. During COVID, I was tasked with coordinating donations of meals to our Hospital staff as we were considered one of the top hot spots in the country in the early days of COVID. I coordinated over meals for staff on days, nights and weekends. I was also assigned to take minutes at our daily, weekly, and weekend Sr. Leadership COVID Meeting. I have minutes going back over 1,100 days. COVID greatly impacted me and the entire hospital, but it brought us close as we fought one goal together!
