I love to discover and share amazing stories that inspire philanthropy! At Lake Tahoe Community College I have met wonderful students from diverse backgrounds who are so thankful for the donor support they receive so they can continue their education. We have young students who have transferred to their dream school and more mature students who are finding a second chance in life. Our donors are so thankful when we recognize them with handwritten notes and thank you phone calls. It's a pleasure to surprise people with "I just called to say thank you!" We also regularly update donors on the impact their gifts make. I am updating the processes and procedures in the foundation office so we can raise funds to support education, the arts and athletics at Lake Tahoe Community College. We have a wonderful team who work together to determine areas of need and put programs in place to provide support for our students and the community.
