Hiring employees that believe and understand the value of customer relationship management is the first step, but ensuring that employees are rewarded in the process develops and sustains this on-going full circle. Striving for a win-win solution is always my goal! STRATEGY - Effective communication, clear and concise documentation, and working together in a professional, personable, considerate, and respectful manner, along with creating new ideas and innovative ways to reach a solution for all parties involved will accomplish this goal. This can be accomplished with open-minded participants who listen to one other, and remain confident that the outcome will be a positive one. The best part in the end is when the customer expresses gratitude due to the employee’s attitude, and in turn the employee is rewarded for the development of this new or current customer relationship. My desire is to work for a company that truly believes in the importance of developing and maintaining customer relationships, and rewards its employees for supporting this belief.
