About Nancy Hirschinger Blank

As a leader, educator, mentor, and researcher with an all-around versatile skill set, I am driven by my desire to create equal access to educational opportunities. I actively seek projects that impact lives by creating opportunities and uncovering individuals’ hidden strengths and amazing talents. From youth to adult learners to professionals, I am energized by the process of mentoring others to help them achieve their goals. The most impactful parts of my work include designing ideas and facilitating multiple-perspective discussions as well as developing and implementing innovative programs. I continuously assess each program to remain effective and relevant. I am a people person at my core, so I possess the skills necessary to turn ideas into realities by developing cross-functional leadership teams and facilitating discussions that allow for all voices to be heard and valued. Implementing my leadership skills has allowed me to learn to help others become aware of their long-held assumptions so that progress can be made and sustained. My capacity for independent thinking and comfort with ambiguity has contributed to my ability to create programs from the ground up. I naturally see the big picture and simultaneously delve deep into the details, a process necessary for a program’s success. First and foremost, I am motivated by opportunities that focus on building relationships, ultimately to positively impact the lives of others. I am excited to learn, grow, and evolve within a fast-paced environment. As an individual with a unique and multi-faceted skillset, I will continue to use my skills in leadership, program management, training, facilitation, mentoring, and research to continue to make progress toward positive change.
