About Nancy Langeslag

I am an experienced people manager with a strong customer focus, can do mentality and result orientation. I feel most comfortable in an international, dynamic environment in a strategic role with a clear link to operations: Set the strategy and vision, pave the path to make it happen and “build” together with a team. I am open, straightforward, and able to communicate on all levels in a respectful and transparent way. When needed I will challenge the status-quo to open discussions or unlock situations. I consider connecting people and building meaningful relationships as a key element for collaboration and success. I try to do that in all settings and under all circumstances. As a leader, I am open, flexible, and approachable, but also clear on expectations, focused and encouraging people to show the best version of themselves. Nothing makes me prouder than the development of my team and my team members. I am process oriented and have a continuous improvement mindset. I am data driven, analytical, have a helicopter view and the ability to dive into details when necessary.
