About Nancy Mannion

Nancy Mannion DNP, RN, CEN, FAEN is the president of NMB Global Leadership LLC, an international healthcare consulting organization and serves as a Client Executive for Mass General Brigham Global Advisory. She is an in-demand lecturer on leadership, nursing practice and clinical topics. Her wide-ranging career in emergency nursing spans roles as a clinician, nurse leader, educator and consultant and author, with publications in journals and textbooks. Nancy is Chair of the Nurses on Boards Coalition, whose mission is to improve the health of communities through the service of nurses on boards. She was the 2006 President of the Emergency Nurses Association, and 2015 Chair of the Academy of Emergency Nursing and served as a Trustee of the ENA Foundation. Nancy is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Emergency Nursing and section editor for the international nursing column of JEN. In addition, Nancy serves Course Director and faculty for the International Emergency Department Leadership Institute and co-Editor-in-Chief of the 2nd edition of Emergency Department Leadership and Management, the companion textbook for IEDLI.
