EXPERIENCE: A former journalist and presenter McDonald is a highly experienced PR professional who has represented some of the largest consumer brands in the world, she has worked in senior leadership positions at some of Australasia’s largest and most reputable PR agencies as well as a number of in-house roles on the ELT. Her experience includes working for Petbarn as Head of PR & Content, the leading pet specialist retailer, Director of PR for Access Corporate and Access Brand Management, the Chinese Brand management business behind Napolean Perdis, Penfolds, Vida Glow, Bean Body & Dr. Lewinns. Prior to this McDonald was one of the youngest cadet journalists at NewsCorp and went on to become a Lifestyle reporter, presenter and video journalist for the network. McDonald has over 15 years' experience working in PR, marketing and journalism in Australia, across large FMCG clients including Hungry Jack’s, Kraft Heinz and Unilever, in automtove looking after Hyundai as an NMD client and Honda and working with some of Australia’s most exciting and reputable technology and fintech businesses including Equitise, Goodments, Douugh, Readitel, Special, The Bali Bible and Nine25.
