About Nancy Moore

Consultant in the nonprofit sector for nearly twenty years, assisting dozens of organizations in the conduct of stakeholder research, analysis, and evaluation to improve programs, deliver services, and ultimately, execute mission. Bring more than 35 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and management to her work as a consultant, including 11 years as an Executive Director. Have also previously served as a Senior Examiner for Illinois Performance Excellence, which assists organizations in all sectors in improving their practices. Primary areas of expertise are strategic planning, process improvement, program development, and program evaluation, to which she applies a keen business acumen, strategic and tactical thinking, and strong marketing and communication skills.
